Why did I choose Rise Read Repeat? 

I want to encourage you to break free from the everyday grind, much like rising from the grave to awaken your imagination. It invites you to escape the mundane and go on adventures, all while embracing the love of reading that keeps your spirit alive!

My name is Kylie, and I reside in a small town in Alberta. I have a deep passion for reading, cooking and spending time outside. I live with my husband who is the steady force amidst my whirlwind, our five-year-old son and our nine-month-old Belgian Malinois named Arrow. In my free time, when I'm not reading about vampires and magic, you can find me enjoying classic shows like The Addams Family and The Munsters. I am forever a Charmed fan (Cole was my first villain love).

Throughout my professional journey I have gained experience in event management, public relations, public affairs and sales. I am dedicated to assisting authors in achieving their dreams and creating memorable experiences. I launched an alternative pop-up bookstore in 2023 in the Edmonton area. It has been incredibly heartwarming to hear all the appreciation for authors and their stories. I am always eager to talk about books at any hour of the day!
